How long does it take?
Printing your thesis takes, including sending a hardcopy proof as a real, bounded, book, 10-12 working days. Printing your thesis is a step by step process. Below you can see which steps usually have to be taken to print your thesis. Please take into account that sending corrected PDF files, after you have checked the first proof, will take an extra 2 working days.
If you are in a hurry, our express service is the perfect solution. We then will deliver your thesis within 4 working days after approval of the printproof instead of the standard 6 working days. Please notice that we have to discuss this in front. Click here for more information about this frequently used option.
If you want Ipskamp Printing to take care of the lay-out of your thesis as well, please take another extra 3 weeks extra into account.
1. Request quotation

2. Deliver your files and sending the proof
After you have send us your PDF files and we have started up your order, we will send you a digital proof by e-mail and we will also send you a print proof. This print proof is a bound copy and gives a perfect image of the end result. You normally receive the digital proof on theand the print proof on the Deliver files
A print proof is normally sent once and is included in the price.
3. Sending corrected PDF files (optional)
If you send us corrected PDF-files for the inside or cover based upon the proofs that we have send you, we will check these new files and send you one last digital proof withinDeliver files
After your approval on this new proof, we will start printing the final number of copies.
4. Approval and start production
After your approval of the (print) proof, we needto produce and deliver your theses. This can be speeded up at an additional cost of €150,- to
We will also let you know on which date we will deliver your dissertations and send you a track and trace code.
5. Shipping your thesis
Of course will wrap and ship your theses professionally. A standard shipment will be delivered during office hours. The evening before delivery you will receive a track and trace code from us with which you can track and trace the shipment. This code also shows an indicative delivery time.
